1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS By accessing vitalynbiotech.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Researcher (the "Client") and Vitalyn Biotech Ltd.
2. RESEARCH USE ONLY (RUO) MANDATE In strict accordance with UK Medicines for Human Use Regulations and MHRA guidance:

Non-Human Use: All products, including but not limited to Retatrutide 40mg Pens and SLU-PP-332 Capsules, are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development.

Prohibited Applications: These compounds are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic purposes, or veterinary applications.

Client Verification: By placing an order, the Client confirms they are a qualified researcher or affiliated with an institution equipped to handle such materials safely. Vitalyn Biotech reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of intended misuse or human self-experimentation.
3. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS & PURITY

Purity Standards: We guarantee a minimum purity of 99%+ across all batches, verified via internal and third-party HPLC and Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS).

Batch Documentation: Each unit is supplied with a batch-specific QR code linked to a digital Certificate of Analysis (COA).

Accuracy: Products are manufactured to GMP-standard conditions as specified on product packaging.
4. STORAGE & HANDLING OBLIGATIONS

Pens: As indicated on our packaging, Retatrutide and GLOW pens must be stored refrigerated (2°C to 8°C).

Liability: Vitalyn Biotech is not liable for compound degradation resulting from improper storage, failure to follow provided research information sheets, or extended exposure to temperatures outside of the specified range once delivered.
5. SHIPPING & UK DOMESTIC GUARANTEE

Carrier: All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Delivery: Our "UK Domestic Guarantee" ensures no customs risk for domestic orders. Risk of loss passes to the Client upon successful delivery confirmation by the carrier.

Discrete Packaging: To ensure research privacy, all reagents are shipped in non-descript, bubble-wrapped outer packaging.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Vitalyn Biotech Ltd shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the handling or use of our products. The Client agrees to indemnify Vitalyn Biotech against all claims or losses arising from any application of the materials outside of a controlled laboratory environment.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All technical data, HPLC Chromatograms, and "Mechanism-First" content found on this site are the property of Vitalyn Biotech Ltd and are protected under UK Copyright law.
8. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England.
