1. Policy Overview (Research Grade Compliance) All products supplied by Vitalyn Biotech Ltd (Company No: 16875620) are intended strictly for laboratory research and development purposes. Due to the sensitive biochemical nature of our reagents and strict chain-of-custody requirements, returns are governed by the following safety and quality protocols.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Non-Returnable Items

Peptide Products: Due to health protection and the perishable nature of lyophilised and pre-filled peptide pens (which require specific storage temperatures of 2°C – 8°C), we are unable to accept returns or offer "change of mind" refunds for these items once they have been dispatched. This is in accordance with UK Regulation 28(3)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Sealed Condition: Any non-perishable laboratory equipment must be unopened, safety-sealed, and in its original packaging to be considered for return.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We guarantee the purity and identity of our compounds (99%+ HPLC verified). If your order arrives with physical damage (e.g., compromised seals or broken pens) or is incorrect:

Reporting Window: You must notify us at info@vitalynbiotech.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence Required: Please include your Order Number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and the outer packaging.

Resolution: Upon verification of a fault or transit damage, we will provide a one-time replacement or a full refund to the original payment method at no additional cost to the researcher.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only prior to dispatch.

Once a tracking number has been generated and the parcel has entered the Royal Mail Tracked 24 network, the order is considered final and cannot be intercepted or cancelled.
5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a documented error by Vitalyn Biotech.
6. Parcels Returned to Sender If a parcel is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer or failure to collect from a Royal Mail delivery office, a redelivery fee may apply. Please note that returned peptides cannot be resold; therefore, refunds are not available for orders that are unsuccessful due to buyer-side logistics errors.
